Hi, my tyres are due to be change in December. So now I’m contemplating in changing to Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT or the Bridgestone S001. I believe both tryes can do cross rotation as I’m using coilover and it’s set to 0.5 degress camber. My tryes profile now is 215/45/17 and I’m on Goodyear LS2000 Hybrid II. I was hoping I can get advice from you guys on the best shoes to be put on my Toyota Axio. Thank you.

      Hi Khairul,

I believe on the market now, comparing cost to cost Bridgestone Potenza S001 offers poor value compared to Dunlop SP Sport Maxx TT in the 215/45/17 currently.

If you are set to coilovers and negative camber, we both know its gonna eat tires faster than normal (neutral camber), I would recommend going for the more value-for-money Dunlops. Both offer fantastic cornering stability anyway, it boils down to the brand name only.

      Cheers!

Thanks for your advice. I’ll definitely drop by your shop when I’m due to change the tyres.

    Hi
I am contemplating trade in my 18″ rims for BMW F10 ton 19″ option. any advice? I don’t want to spend too much. The rims will be straight out from from the showroom. I have been given conflicting advice on 19″ needs to have different sizes for front and back? I assume you do take in trade in?

    Hi Auto kinetics ,

I’m currently considering changing my rims and tyres from a 16″ to 17″ looking at the Dunlop DZ101 and either the Audi S5 2010 – 10 spoke replica or the Audi A7 – ABT CR replica , do the rims come in 17″?

They are to be fitted to a Honda Civic 1.8 (A) Model 2009.

Pls let me know how much the Rims and tyres are going to cost me?

    Thank you.

    William

    • Autokinetics says:

Hi William, unfortunately the ABT CR and S5 replica rims only come in 18″ or 19″, and the fitment (PCD and offset) is for Volkswagen and Audi cars. We can try to source for similar designs if interested. ๐Ÿ™‚
